Refrigerated Cabinets

The MBM line of refrigerated cabinets has been designed and produced to be environmentally friendly, thanks to the very low energy consumption levels certified by the norm ISO 23953-2, the choice of the materials and the efficient technical solutions adopted (insulation thickness 60mm, insulation density 43kg/m3; and Zero CFC/HCFC refrigerants, R404; forced ventilation).
The Advance range of Cabinets are equipped with an electronic control panel which enables constant monitoring of the internal temperature and detection of malfunctions (visual and acoustic HACCP ALARMS) ensuring that safety and good storage requirements are met. Key-lock as standard. All MBM refrigerated cabinets have an external evaporator which means increased storage capacity and convenience (easier cleaning). Specific characteristics include the monobloc refrigeration unit - Plug in system – that allows easy maintenance.
To allow different price positioning, but with the major characteristics unaltered, MBM presents 3 lines differing in the use of materials:
ADAVNCE: internal and external construction in AISI 304 S/S
DIRECT: internal in AISI 304 S/S and external in AISI 441
PRATICA: internal in Aluminium and external in AISI 430.

Refrigerated Counters

The MBM line of refrigerated counters has been designed and produced to be environmentally friendly, thanks to the very low energy consumption levels certified by the norm ISO 23953-2, the choice of the materials and the eficient technical solutions adopted (insulation thickness 60mm, insulation density 43kg/m3; and Zero CFC/HCFC refrigerants, R404; forced ventilation).
The Advance refrigerated counters are constructed throughout using AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with an electronic control panel which enables constant monitoring of the internal temperature and detection of malfunctions (visual and acoustic HACCP ALARMS) ensures that safety and good storage practices are a given.
The Advance refrigerated counters have an external evaporator which means increased storage capacity and convenience (easier cleaning). The counters the compressor on slides for easy intervention (the cooling unit may be built-in or remote). A forced ventilation system avoids direct air flow of the products, preserving them from drying.

An up-to-date line of blastchillers reliable and easy to use.
A complete range: 5, 10, 15 trays (gastronorm and pastry) and a new “soft-touch” instrument panel, really easy-to-use.
All the models are Tropicalised (43°C). 18/10 Stainless steel construction, internal and external.
