In the 90s,
MBM was taken over by the
Eurotec group.
Eurotec comprises four manufacturing units specialized in the catering equipment, with 55 thousand square metres of production premises and over 500 employees. The group palants are specialized in the production of cooking equipment (ranges, fryers, braising pans, pasta cookers, etc), ovens (convection and combi ovens), refrigeration and warewashing.
MBM is one of the few companies able to offer the complete range of products needed in every professional kitchen’s under one brand.
Since 1998 the
Eurotec group is part of
Illinois Tool Works- ITW, one of the largest corporations in the world with a strong presence in the Foodservice equipment market.
